BETA TERMS / UPDATED 2 AUGUST 2026

Controlled beta, clear limits.

These terms describe the prototype currently available for testing.

NullSec is under development. The beta may change, disconnect or be withdrawn. It is not yet sold as a finished commercial service.

Permitted use

Use the beta only where VPN use is lawful. Do not use it to attack systems, distribute malware, harass people, infringe rights or conduct unlawful activity. An Account Code may be revoked to protect the service or comply with law.

Account Code and devices

Your Account Code grants access for the stated period and up to three devices. It is a bearer secret: anyone who has it may use the account. Keep it private. NullSec cannot recover a lost code because the plaintext code is not stored.

Availability and security

The beta is provided for evaluation without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, speed, geographic coverage or compatibility. Security issues should be reported privately to nullsecvpn@proton.me.

Support contributions

Ko-fi contributions support development of the public beta. They are not purchases of guaranteed VPN access, shares, loans or promises of financial return. Supporter benefits are determined by the amount received and delivered using the supporter email supplied through Ko-fi. The same email should be used on the NullSec waitlist. Beta-priority review does not guarantee a place and remains subject to capacity, compatibility and operational readiness. Any future VPN subscription, refund and renewal conditions will be published before commercial activation.

Privacy

The separate privacy and no-activity-logs policy explains the data architecture and third-party providers.
